Parkinson’s disease is a condition in which part of the brain becomes progressively more damaged over many years. Help the heroes

Not everyone is cut out to be a solider. Those that do and put themselves in harm’s way deserve our support especially when returning home injured. Help the heroes are about helping service men and women who’ve been injured. They are great at taking the time to listen and understand what’s needed and to do their very best every day.
